Carbon Fiber Suppressor Alignment Rod
Alignment rods are used to check concentricity between the barrel, adapter and suppressor, which is a step that should be taken when initially installing a suppressor prior to firing. Accuracy Solutions Rods are bore specific and guaranteed straight to .001” . Accuracy Solution Rods come in a standard 16” length and have a high vis ring on either side, making it very easy to see the alignment rod when inserted.

Instructions
When using your bore alignment rod, verify your firearm is unloaded.
- Properly mount your silencer to the host firearm.
- Lightly lube alignment rod with preferred gun oil.
- Insert rod through the mounted suppressor of an unloaded weapon. Equal space should be seen between the bore of suppressor and centered rod.
- Never force rod into the bore, it should slide freely with very little resistance.
- Host firearm may need to be rotated around the bore to confirm alignment due to tolerance between the bore and check rod.
- If the mount and silencer are in alignment, remove the rod and enjoy your suppressed firearm!

FAQ
What’s the benefit of using a Carbon Fiber vs Steel Alignment Rod?
Choosing an alignment rod is really more about personal preference than function between the two materials. The biggest difference between the carbon fiber rods over the stainless-steel rods is that stainless steel can be re-straightened if it becomes bent during misuse, whereas carbon fiber cannot. That being said, carbon fiber is much more resistant to bending than stainless steel in the first place.
