Description: The ALG High Energy MainSpring is a performance replacement spring for the AK47/74 platform rifles. It is a Chrome Silicon single wire spring fabricated per ASTM A401 specifications. The ALG High Energy Mainspring develops 25% more torque over a standard factory main spring, lowering lock time and also increasing the consistency of primer ignition. Must have upgrade for your AK!

I bought this mainspring to work with my alg ak trigger and I swear it’s faster than the braided Bulgarian spring….well worth the money and it fits nicely.

I bought this spring shortly after buying the AKT trigger. I love the trigger but in my rifle with the stock spring it broke at just over 1.5 lbs which was a little too light for me. I was hoping this spring would increase the pull weight a little and it did just that. Trigger breaks at exactly 2.5 lbs every time now which to me is perfect. Very happy with both products!
