V2 AR15 Bolt Carrier Group – Chrome Sand Rail Cut
The Centurion Arms V2 BCG is a complete, drop-in ready complete hard chrome bolt carrier group featuring the Centurion V2 Bolt and Sand Rail Cut Bolt Carrier. Compatible with all standard Mil-Spec AR15 Barrel Extensions and Centurion “T” Marked Barrels. The V2 Bolt has enhancements making it much stronger, more reliable and comes with a Lifetime Guarantee against bolt breakage.
Note that due to the extra unlocking pressure required for the dual ejectors, you may need to step down 1-2 buffer weights for reliable function, especially on unsuppressed setups.

Features
- V2 Bolt – Lifetime Guarantee against bolt breakage. The Centurion Arms V2 Bolt features a new body profile with a larger radius between the bolt lugs and the body allowing pressure to be spread over a larger area, in turn reducing stress points that could lead to failures. The V2 bolt uses a standard lug profile so they remain compatible with standard mil-spec barrel extensions. The V2 Bolt also features dual ejectors that help to rotate the brass off the bolt face faster to ensure more reliable ejection in rifles when running suppressed, between suppressed/unsuppressed and with platforms that are “over-gassed”
- Sand Rail Cut Bolt Carrier – Designed to enhance overall reliability. All critical dimensions and specifications meet or exceed the Technical Data Package requirements. Fully hard-chrome finished, the V1 8620 steel, full-auto weight carrier includes a proper machined Mil-Spec chromed gas key that is chrome lined and heat treated per the TDP and is secured to the carrier via OCKS Carrier Key Screws and properly staked during final inspection. Sand cuts are added for increased reliability in harsh conditions.
