GB19 GLOCK G19, G45, G19x Threaded Barrel
The Forward Controls Design GB19 is a 9mm 1/2×28 threaded barrel compatible with Gen 3, 4 and 5 Glock 19, 45, and 19x Pistols.
The GB19 is made for FCD by Killer Innovations utilizing their unique SPT (Single Point Technology) where the rifling is cut in a single point technique, requiring 120 individual cuts to rifle each bore, lending itself to better and more repeatable levels of accuracy. The GB19 is similar to the Velocity barrels sold direct from Killer Innovations besides the additional Cygnus logo and a unique, included thread protector.
Admittedly, we don’t usually believe most aftermarket Glock barrels provide much value to the end user, as factory Glock barrels tend to be very accurate and consistent to a standard that far exceeds the capabilities of most shooters, so unless you’re building a slide from individual components, there isn’t much gain to be had past personal preference. That being said, the combination of the SPT technology from Killer Innovations, the price point and the threaded barrel with the increased amount of suppressor use make it something we believe to provide excellent value.
