Gardall WMS911-G-E Fireproof Wall Safe (with flange)
The Gardall WMS911-G-E is an insulated safe with a 2″ flange. This flange goes around the outside of this insulated wall safe and helps finish the wall safe install. This safe is not designed to be bolted to the studs like a traditional wall safe. The flange is bolted to the safe. Because of the heavy weight, a platform needs to be built behind the wall underneath this safe. The WMS911-G-E is then bolted to the platform using an anchor bolt through the anchor hole in the middle of the safe.
