The patented LMT Monolithic Rail Platform, MRP™ upper receiver. The receiver and handguard are made from a single piece of aerospace grade aluminum. The barrel is held in place with a proprietary locking system that utilizes two locking bolts accessible from the right side of the receiver. The only tool needed is a standard T-30 Torx bit to tighten the bolts. This receiver requires the patented LMT monolithic barrel assembly which has a low profile gas block with straight gas tube.
The MRP-H LM8 12.75 monolithic upper receiver for large caliber rifle platforms. Created with LM8 attachment points on 3 sides. Utilizes two locking lugs to secure/remove any larger caliber LMT barrel. This includes: 7.62×51 NATO, .243 Winchester, .260 Remington, 6.5 Creedmoor. CHOICE OF ONE LMT BARREL INCLUDED AND INSTALLED. The 20″ includes the Rare LMT Suppressor Ready Flash Hider!
The .243, .260 Rem, 7mm-08 Remington, .338 Federal, 6.5 Creedmoor and 7.62×51 NATO are all based on the .308 Win case and only require a new barrel, not a new BCG.
LMT 308 upper is an AR-10 / KAC SR25 pattern
