This is where the Rhino Ironworks Nightstand Security Safe comes in. It can sit next to your bed or couch with your precious valuables and paperwork locked safely away. Because it has an 1800’s appearance, it will look perfect in any bedroom or living room.
Just because it looks like a nightstand or end table, that doesn’t mean it isn’t secure. Let’s talk about some of the burglar protection features. The body and composite door are made with a full 14 gauge steel construction. There are 4 – 1″ diameter bolts on both sides of the door to prevent pry attacks. An anti-punch and anti-drill boltwork are standard. It also meets the requirements of the California Department of Justice (CDOJ). The door is protected by a UL Listed Electronic Lock. You can change your combination at any time.
Along with the security features, the Rhino Ironworks Nightstand Security Safe is also 40-minute fire rated. The outside was tested at 1400 degrees F. There is also a heat-activated door seal that expands up to 7 times its size in a fire which seals the door edge to keep out smoke.
Inside the Rhino Ironworks Nightstand Security Safe is an easy glide heavy duty drawer with full extension ball bearing glides. Inside is 1 adjustable shelf to help organize your contents. A handgun holder on the door allows you to store a handgun for quick access in an emergency. The inside is fully upholstered to prevent your items from being scratched or damaged. An external electrical / USB outlet is standard. You can plug in a lamp, clock, phone, and other electronic items into the nightstand.
