Our Milspec Phosphated 16″ AR-15 M4 Profile Upper Build (Mil-Spec) comes fullyassembled and headspaced. It includes all the components necessary for afunctioning Upper. The Forged Upper Receiver, 16″ 1-7 Twist .556 NATO M4Carbine Barrel (can shoot 5.56 or .223) and Nitrided Bolt Carrier Group are Made in the USA. Included is a 16″ Seven Sided Keymod Free Float Modular Handguard for reduced barrel stress and superior accuracy in a flexible package. Each part conforms toMil-Spec dimensions and is made from quality materials to ensureaccuracy and reliability.
